The Women’s Gathering: Leading with Purpose

Today’s world places immense demands on women leaders—navigating careers, relationships, and personal well-being while facing uncertainty and burnout. Now more than ever, a supportive community is essential to foster self-awareness, resilience, and joy.

This transformative gathering is designed to help women leaders reconnect with their inner wisdom, realign with their purpose, and lead with intention. Through experiential learning with horses (no riding required), movement, creative expression, and meaningful dialogue, participants will gain the confidence and tools to design a life of flow, balance, and fulfillment.

What to Expect:

Format: Experiential, interactive, participant-driven.

Half-Day Retreat - Deep dive into self-discovery, leadership, and alignment. Three Follow-up Group Sessions - Continued exploration and accountability. One Individual Coaching Session - Personalized support and insights.

LORI MUELLER

Lori is a certified leadership coach and Narrative Enneagram instructor with more than 25 years of experience in social work and team development. Using the DiSC personality system and Narrative Enneagram, Lori helps leaders find joy. With her individual and business clients, she fosters self-awareness to discover hidden strengths, overcome fears, find professional growth, and bring intentional leadership to build powerhouse teams. She also runs annual river rafting retreats to inspire women and support their personal growth.

CRISTINA GAIR

Cristina brings more than 25 years of experience in nonprofit organizational leadership. She has helped to build businesses from the ground up. She thrives in relationship-building, communication, and support for staff, partners, friends, and family. She holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and Change Management. As a servant leader who believes in a collaborative leadership style, she has provided leadership coaching and consulting to nonprofit leaders and boards throughout Colorado. Her coaching utilizes appreciative inquiry to help clients find purpose.

SARAH KELLEY

Sarah started Three Trees Connections to bring together her love of humans, nature, horses, and connection as a transformational coach and EQUUS Experience Facilitator. In addition to being a lifelong horsewoman, she has a BA in Teacher Education and 20+ years in social services in the nonprofit sector. She brings presence, authenticity, wisdom, and care to inspire and partner with her clients to discover or rediscover what is important in their lives, navigate life’s transitions, and embrace transformation and leadership in all aspects of their lives.
