How did I land here? It's simple. My life has been filled with supporting personal and professional growth from the beginning of my career 30+ years ago. I love being part of others' journeys to their best selves. I love seeing people have the careers, the relationships, and the personal lives that they desire and I love helping people find their joy. 

I also love seeing teams of people thrive. I see the potential of teams and how each person feeds into the team dynamics to make their team successful. 

I landed here because I love playing and finding new ways of experiencing the world. I grew up in Boulder, CO in a large family. I now live with my husband of 37 years and have three adult children.

I have a degree in Social Work and worked in the field for 35 years. Ropes courses and rock climbing occasionally were my classrooms as I supported women, youth, and organizations who wanted more from their teams.

I served as the Executive Director of a nonprofit on the western slope of Colorado for several years. I thrived when our team thrived. The people I met over the years as Executive Director were my best trainers in leadership and personal growth.
