Why Take an Assessment?

There are many options for coaching and team development out there, and yet what I offer is unique, because by taking an assessment, we immediately get to know each other on a deeper level. You are showing up for an experience that will uniquely support you.

The Enneagram Assessment:

The Enneagram (pronounced “ANY-a-gram”) is a powerful personality system that describes nine distinct and fundamentally different patterns of thinking, feeling, and acting. Discovering your Enneagram type can help you learn how to bring positive change into your life. What makes the Enneagram truly special is that it reveals the why behind the things we think, say, and do. When we understand ourselves and our core motivations, we can pave the way for life-changing growth in our lives, work, and relationships.

The DISC Model Assessment:

To take this assessment, complete the form on my Contact page. This model provides a common language people can use to better understand themselves and those they interact with so they can use this knowledge to reduce conflict and improve relationships in the work environment and at home.

DISC is an acronym that stands for the four main personality profiles described in the DISC model: (D)ominance, (i)nfluence, (S)readiness, and (C)onscientiousness.

People with D personalities tend to be confident and emphasize accomplishing bottom-line results.

People with I personalities tend to be more open, emphasizing relationships and influencing or persuading others.

People with S personalities tend to be dependable and emphasize cooperation and sincerity.

People with C personalities tend to emphasize quality, accuracy, expertise, and competency.
