When you sign up for coaching with A Fine Balance, you have shown courage and willingness to create the life you desire not by changing your circumstances (although that may happen) but by understanding your responses to your circumstances.
In our coaching structure, I will provide the steps to understand yourself, your true nature, and your motivations, and work with what is working for you already.
Sessions are created to be uniquely set up for you and how you learn best. That means a session can be an hour or two and can be held in an office setting, via Zoom, or on the bike path. You decide.
We will set goals, gain a clear understanding of what’s happening now and what’s working now, explore options and action steps, build resiliency, and celebrate results.
